Stipend & Scholarship cell was established to support and empower the students of our college who are belonging to the backward & minority classes and eligible for receiving stipend and scholarship from government. The Indian constitution includes Article 29, 30 & 340 for the protection and development of the backward and minority section. Kalinagar Mahavidyalaya committed to the spirit of the constitution in protecting the rights of students from this section.
