About the Department

Sanskrit as a general course subject and later Honours course was introduced in Kalinagar Mahavidyalaya in 2007 and 2010 respectively.

Every year at the beginning of the session students are provided with academic calendar. The interactive sessions between students and teacher take place for better education and good relation in every year. The students are encouraged to participate in different academic sessions and cultural activities to enhance their talents. They prepare wall magazine.

The teachers are very helpful and cooperative in providing good quality education to students thereby enabling them to achieve a bright future. This department always takes the responsibility to fulfill the needs and goals of the students of the department.
